Earlier this week Jim spent a few hours at an ARMLS meeting. I’m sure they discussed lots of very important stuff, but the sound bite I heard was that FlexMLS, which was previously suppose to go live July 1st, is now planning on going live July 28th.
I bet they want to make sure they have enough time to train every single one of us how to use the new system.
Okay stop laughing. ;)

The only reason for the delay is that the beginning of July is jammed for the MLS staff due to the annual billing coming due, and having all the panicked renewal calls coinciding with the new system going live didn’t make sense.

Thank you for the accurate explanation Michael. I was talking with Dru about it today and she said the same thing. I imagine it is going to be pretty hectic around ARMLS for the summer months!
We are FlexMLS believers here at John Hall corporate! Thanks for all the active communication.
