We are happy to report the two recent sightings of John Hall agents in the news. One for their knowledge of real estate and the other for…well…you’ll have to read the article.
Irene Hammond, an associate out of the Scottsdale office, was contacted because of her social networking online. Check out her quote in “Foreign Buyers Flocking to U.S. Housing Market“, an article you can find on SmartMoney.com.
Barry Seip, an associate from our Arrowhead office, is multi-talented. Not only is he a REALTOR® with John Hall & Associates, and a teacher of continuing education classes, we learned in this article he is also a contract administrator for the local Clarendon Hotel. He was quoted by the Arizona Republic in their recent article, “Toasting tequila“. Of course it has to do with his contract administrator position, not his real estate job.
Congratulations to both Irene Hammond and Barry Seip for the recent publicity!

Did you see this article in the Scottsdale Tribune on Sunday about the Scottsdale real estate market? It’s the one that Dru Bloomfield is quoted talking about her local market statistics. You can almost make out the web address on her sign rider!
Well done Dru, congratulations on the recent press!

The Phoenix Business Journal recently contacted Marc Gastineau for this article.
They contacted him because of his niche of working with foreclosed properties. Here is how they describe him:
Marc Gastineau, an agent with John Hall & Associates in Scottsdale, is focusing much of his time on finding qualified buyers to take advantage of bank-owned properties, mostly through an aggressive Internet strategy.
They continue with some quotes:
“We’re finding them in droves,” Gastineau said. Though many are investors, he said, “We’ve got a handful of first-time buyers. Interest rates are still reasonable.”
The articles continues with some of Marc’s interesting experiences along with perspectives from others in the industry. All of which concur it is a great time to be a buyer in the Phoenix real estate market.
